Ninja Warrior!

This show is four stages of the hardest obstacles ever. Here's a guy who makes it all the way through:

The best is when they go through the timed stuff, and in the middle have to solve a math problem or name a letter in the alphabet before they can move on. (that may be a different show, but its an obstacle course show). Also, that last event looked ruff...climbing that high straight up in around 30 secs?

That was nuts. I feel like I should go lift some weights or practice scaling buildings or something.

This show is Ninja Warrior. G4 plays it at midnight on Tuesdays, if you want to check it out. This video pretty much ruins the ending of the current series though. It's still fun to watch the other competitors struggle though.

On a different note, do you watch Talk Soup? Because Joel McHale is freakin' hilarious.

I haven't watched Talk Soup since the 90's! And isn't it just called The Soup, now? I thought they branched out to include reality TV. Anyway, I've only caught very small snippets here and there. When is it on?

And speaking of funny shows, has anyone seen 30 Rock? I saw an episode last week and it was surprisingly funny. Has anyone else had this experience?

Are you seriously not going to post at all about the possibility of a SCHUMACHER-HELMED SANDMAN MOVIE?? The geek army must be raised!!

Holly - believe it or not, most of the people who read my blog haven't read the Sandman series (or any comics for that matter), and couldn't care less if someone made a movie about it. Even if that someone is Joel "Batman Nipples" Schumacher.
So on this subject I'll just stew in my own pudding of vile outrage.

On a lighter note, I just read the first issue of Marvel's Dark Tower miniseries and it was pretty badass. I normally wait for the paperback collections to come out, but the hype got to me. The issue is worth checking out if only for the spectacular artwork.
