The first greatest nature scene also involves sharks and is from the series Blue Planet. I've been searching for a clip online, but so far have had no luck. I would describe it but words do it no justice.
There was a great special on Discovery where they were doing shark week, and they had a show dedicated to the great whites jumping out of the water in False Bay Africa. Was really really cool. I wish I could remember the name of that particular show.
Did you know that tiger sharks have several babies at a time, but only one gets born? That's because the strongest infant kills and eats its brothers to become stronger! I don't know if there's a clip out there, but I saw it on an episode of Most Extreme.
